Label printing
- Print methods
- Flexographic up to 10 colors (from 10,000 labels) or digital at any quantity — we recommend whatever makes the most sense for your product; hot foil stamping available
- Materials
- Paper and semi-gloss, white & clear BOPP, thermal transfer and direct thermal (each also in BOPP), kraft, metallic foil — all with matte and gloss options
- Core sizes
- 1", 1.5" and 3" cores
- Finishes
- Gloss / matte laminate, varnish, spot UV, cold foil
- Die-cutting
- Standard rectangles and circles, custom die-cut shapes, sheeted or roll-form
- Plate fee
- Flexo only: one-time $100 per color — digital runs print plate-free
- Adhesives
- Standard permanent, aggressive, all temp, removable, ultra removable, freezer-grade, high-tack for corrugate
- Custom shapes
- Custom die-cut shapes may carry a one-time tooling charge
- Tolerances
- ±1/32" die registration, ±1/16" roll winding

- Water-activated kraft (reinforced & non-reinforced), BOPP poly
- Poly sizes
- 1", 1.5", 2" and 3" widths in 55 yd and 110 yd rolls; 2" and 3" in 1000 yd machine rolls — custom widths & lengths on request
- Water-activated sizes
- Reinforced: 3" × 375 ft (8 rolls/case) and 3" × 450 ft (10 rolls/case), in white and kraft (brown) — 5 case minimum
- Continuous print
- Continuous print without a gap requires a rotary die plate: one-time $425 per color
- Rolls per case
- 1" — 72 rolls · 1.5" — 48 rolls · 2" — 36 rolls · 3" — 24 rolls · 2"×1000 — 6 rolls · 3"×1000 — 4 rolls
- Colors
- Flexo up to 5 spot colors, PMS matched — one-time plate fee $100 per color
- Minimums
- Standard 5 cases; smaller runs available on request. Custom widths and lengths non-standard but available
Corrugated boxes

- Regular slotted container (RSC), full overlap (FOL), die-cut mailers, telescoping two-piece
- Board
- 32, 44 and 48 ECT kraft; white 32/44 ECT; double-wall available
- Flexo direct print, 1–4 spot colors, process print on request
- Sizes
- Small through extra-large; exact custom dimensions quoted
- Minimums
- As low as 100 boxes for common sizes and stock board
Artwork & lead times
- File formats
- Vector AI, EPS or PDF preferred; 300 dpi raster accepted
- Proofing
- Digital proof within 1 business day of approved artwork
- Production
- Labels 2–3 weeks from artwork approval · tape 8–12 business days · boxes 10–15 business days after proof approval
